Skintegrity Hydrogel Tube: 4-oz. (118 mL)

By providing moisture to the wound, hydrogel dressings create a moist healing environment, which promotes granulation, epithelialization, and autolytic debridement. The high water content of hydrogel dressings cools the wound, producing pain relief that can last up to 6 hours.

Special formulation with added aloe balances viscosity and hydration.

Greaseless formulation irrigates easily from the wound bed.

  • Flush wound with cleansing liquid, such as Skintegrity Wound Cleanser.
  • Apply a generous amount of Skintegrity Hydrogel (approximately 1/4 inch thick) to the wound area.
  • Cover wound with appropriate dressing, such as Stratasorb Composite Wound Dressing. If sterile gauze is used, moisten with Skintegrity Wound Cleanser.
  • Repeat as necessary, using Skintegrity Hydrogel and Skintegrity Wound Cleanser to keep the wound moist.

Recommended Use

  • All wound depths.
  • No/minimal drainage.
  • As a primary dressing.

  • Pressure injuries.
  • Partial- and full-thickness wounds.
  • Leg ulcers.
  • Surgical wounds.
  • Lacerations, abrasions and skin tears.
  • First- and second-degree burns.

Change Frequency

  • Skintegrity may be left in place for up to 3 days.
  • Dressing change frequency will depend on amount of drainage.


  • Patients with a known sensitivity to components of the gel.
  • Heavily draining wounds.

  • If condition worsens or does not improve within 10 to 14 days, consult a physician.
