The 3M Attest Rapid Steam Biological Indicator Test Pack, 1296/1296F, presents a resistant challenge to the steam sterilization process equivalent to the AAMI 16-towel PCD. This biological indicator (BI) test pack is used to monitor 250F/121℃ gravity displacement steam sterilization cycles of = 40 minutes and 270℉/132℃ vacuum-assisted steam sterilization cycles of = 4 minutes.

Each pack contains one (1) 3M Attest Rapid Steam Biological Indicator, 1292, Brown Cap, 3 Hour, and must be used with the 3M Attest Auto-reader 390. The BI result is available after 3 hours of incubation in a 3M Attest Auto-reader 390.
