Adjustable elbow angle permits the alternation between flexion and extension that is so important to contracture control. In reimbursement language, this device is called a SEWHO (shoulder-elbow-wrist-hand orthosis). Two models are available. Choose the level armrest, or, if edema is present, choose the elevated arm model. High-density foam covered with easy-care, spray-and-wipe nylon.
