Adhesive Island Dressing, 4 in. x 4 in.
Island dressings provide post-operative protection for acute surgical incisions. Comprising an absorbent pad with an adhesive backing, island dressings absorb excess wound fluid, maintain a sterile environement and provide a protective barrier against further trauma.
- The non-adherent pad allows fluid absorption without adhering to the wound.
- Bonded on both sides with perforated non-adherent film that can be cut to fit any shape without separating
- Ease of use makes it an ideal take home dressing
- The built-in cleansing agent keeps wound clean.
- PolyMem Film Island Dressings have an ultra-thin, adhesive coated urethane film which provides a breathable, yet tough protective, waterproof dressing.
- No tape or secondary dressing required.
- Split release liner for easy one-step application.
- Conforms securely to body contours.
- Non-woven adhesive backing secures the dressing in place and protects the wound from debris.
