Deroyal M3000D08 Bed Rail Pads Features and Benefits
- Foam padded, vinyl covered pads help prevent patient injury
- Vinyl covering wipes clean for easy disinfecting to help prevent cross contamination issues
- Available in 2-piece (side rails only) or 4-piece set (side rails and head/foot boards)
- Hook and loop closures (M3000D08) or elastic straps (M3000D09) for side rails and snap buttons for head/foot boards for easy application and removal
Indications
Bed side rail injury and bed exit
Intended Use
The DeRoyal Covered Bed Rail Pads are intended to be used to help reduce the risk of bed entrapment, help prevent bed exit and help protect against side rail injuries.
Contraindications
Do not use on a patient who is or may become highly aggressive or agitated.
Deroyal M3000D08 Instructions for Use
- Place the bed rail pads on the inside of each side rail or head/foot board
- Secure the hook and loop closures or elastic straps around the side rails.
Cleaning and/or Maintenance
Hand wash with a mild detergent in lukewarm water. Air dry prior to use. Inspect the product after cleaning to ensure it is intact. If the product is damaged or cleaning is insufficient, do not use it and replace it with a new one. Please properly dispose of the product per facilitys policies and procedures.
