Deroyal M7035-L Pediatric Elbow Immobilizer Intended Use

The DeRoyal Elbow Immobilizer is intended to be prescribed by a properly licensed practitioner to provide comfortable support while helping prevent patients from pulling I.V. lines, nasogastric (NG) tubes and tracheostomy tubes.

Contraindications of Deroyal M7035-L Pediatric Elbow Immobilizer

• Do not use on a patient who is or may become highly aggressive or agitated.
• Never use on a patient if an I.V. or wound site could be compromised by the device.

Deroyal M7035-L Pediatric Elbow Immobilizer Instructions for Use

• Place the immobilizer under the patients arm and make sure the elbow is placed in the center of the device.
• Wrap the immobilizer around the arm. Start with the middle tie closure, then top and bottom closures. Make sure to use quick release ties.
