The Hartmann 999611 Silver Calcium Alginate Dressing is a highly absorbent, sterile wound dressing designed for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. Made from natural alginate fibers and impregnated with ionic silver, it combines excellent fluid management with broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection. Its 4" x 4" size is suitable for medium to large wound areas including ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and donor sites.

Usage Guidelines
- Thoroughly clean the wound area before application
- Apply directly to the wound bed, covering with an appropriate secondary dressing
- Change dressing every 13 days or as clinically indicated based on exudate level
- Do not use on dry wound
